CCSS Standards- 8.EE.4.

Critical Background Knowledge- Students should know how to read scientific notation. 

 

Content Objective: I can compare numbers expressed as a product of a single digit and a power of ten by a scale factor.  

Language Objective: I know the definition of scientific notation, and powers of ten (10). 

Essential Question: How can I explain the process I used to solve problems?
