Comments - Teachers and students can leave comments on any assignment in a variety of formats. This is a great way to give feedback, ask questions, and clarify any concept or assignment.
Learn from the mistakes of others! Keep in mind the following in order to successfully use the peer review tool:
If you want students to peer review an assignment submitted to Canvas, select the submission type "Online." If you want students to complete Canvas peer reviews for a hardcopy, paper-based assignment, select "On Paper."
Using peer review will assign students across course sections (class periods).
Students must submit an assignment before you assign peer reviews in order to be included.
Students must complete the rubric and leave at least one wholistic comment for Canvas to count the peer review as complete.
