You are working on a history project about Martin Luther King, Jr. and plan to incorporate a speech you located online at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum. The speech is considered part of the National Archives and therefore part of the public domain, so you do not need to worry about copyright, and you are free to alter the file. Robert Kennedy gave the speech about the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. on April 4, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana, and you feel the audio needs to be cleaned up before you can use it in your project.
