HTML: Hex Color Codes

The trouble with color names is that they can be very subjective. Call something "blue," and some might picture "sky blue" while others envision "cobalt." However, with coding, precision is required. As a result, when using HTML, colors are identified using a unique number, a hex color code.

When exploring HTML in Canvas, there will be many opportunities to choose colors that are not available in the Rich Content Editor by using a color's hex code:
