The top right part of the web page has a drop down box, make sure you select Utah. Explore the web site and cycle trough the videos section until you find Reggie's story. There is a short 1:13 trailer you can watch but it will not give enough information. There is a link there to the full 15 minute video, which you will need to watch in order to answer the questions in the quiz. Especially pay attention to how many people that were involved in the accident and their names.
You may watch as many as the videos as you want and browse the entire web site to be more familiar with zero fatalities.
