If you are going to be out of the office, you can set up an auto reply message in Outlook so coworkers and parents know it may take you a little longer than usual to get back to them. Watch the screencast below to review how to set up "Out of Office" replies:
Create a practice "Out of Office" auto reply message. Take a screen capture of the assignment and submit it below. Be sure your auto reply includes:
- A basic out of the office message
- Alternate contact information in case someone needs immediate help (for example, the school office phone number)
- Your email signature
