Following the instructions provided in this module and at DonorsChoose.org, set up your own DonorsChoose account.
Take a screen shot of your DonorsChoose account profile to show that you have completed your account creation. (To take a screen shot on a Mac computer type shift+command+4, then click and drag the target over the desired portion of your screen.)
Submit your screenshot as a files upload.
If you are not a regular classroom teacher and do not qualify for DonorsChoose, write a brief explanation of what your position is and how you can support other teachers' DonorsChoose projects.
Submit your explanation as a text entry, Google Doc, or file upload.
