Before & After Assignment

This assignment will show the progress you are making in organizing your digital files to make them easier to find when you need them.

Take a screen shot of your computer filing system before following the advice in this module. This needs to be a comprehensive look at your file and organization system. Then, do the same at the end of the module, showing what you worked on and the progress you have made.

1. Upload a "before" screen shot.
2. Upload an "after" screen shot.
3. Comment on this assignment and explain what improvements are shown in your "after" screen shot.

Hint: To take a screen shot on a Mac computer, type shift+command+4, then click and drag the target over the desired portion of your screen. To take a screen shot on a Windows computer, tap the PrtScn button.
