1. What do you want for the taxonomic information?

2. Are we supposed to choose one bird in each of the groups and write down the taxonomic info, physical characteristics, behaviors, and habitat of those 4 birds?

No! In the raptors section, you may choose to show an eagle’s beak and an owls talon and describe how a falcon hunts, then give me the range of a specific vulture. Just tell me it is an EAGLE’S beak, an OWL’s talon… and so on…

However, you could choose to focus on the harpy eagle and describe its beak, talon, hunting patterns and range… and that would be equally acceptable. I would just like to note that such an approach would be impossible for the water birds where I ask for two different feet…

3. Are we, like, supposed to google and research all this information ourselves, or can we just use what we talk about in the lessons?

In short, either is fine! I do design my lessons to make sure I cover at least possible example you could use in your Prezi. However, you are welcome to search for your own examples, too!  

 

4. These requirements are SUPER DIFFERENT than what Fravel has us do with the Prezi... Can I check with you to see if I'm doing it right?

YES! reach out to me in my online office hours and show me what you've been working on. I understand that this is very different, and want to try my best to help you understand what I am asking for.
