Finding Icons & Clipart Online
The Noun Project Links to an external site. and Flaticon Links to an external site. are great places for students to find free icons that can be downloaded and added to their Google Slides infographics. You don't need an account to use icons from either website, but students do need to cite the icon creator (this can be included at the bottom of the infographic).
You can also challenge students to make their own icons and graphics with Google Drawings. Here is a brief example of how this can be done:
