Lesson 1.5 Sparta and Athens

The Most Famous City-States in Greece

Athens and Sparta had a lot in common, such as both speaking Greek. But, they also had a lot of differences!

 

1. Make a copy of this Venn Diagram Links to an external site.

2. Read this article. Links to an external site. Record at least two similarities in the middle. Recored at least two things that are unique in the "Sparta" circle, and at least two things that are unique in the "Athens" circle.

3. Now watch these two videos. Add at least  one more thing to each section of the Venn Diagram!
