Following is a list of the resources found in your binder:
- Student Drill Sheets and Worksheets
- Each lab being used for keyboarding should have a class set of these in a binder or bound as a book. If you need more copies of books, ask your principal or Ed Tech specialist to either help you track down a set that has already been created or help you make more copies.
- Some schools have laminated their drill sheets and worksheets for longer life and reuse.
- Some schools have had teachers make consumable copies of the worksheets and only include the drill sheets in their student books.
- Some schools have made copies of the hands and keyboarding sheets for students color and keep for review.
- Posters
- One blown-up set per lab is recommended.
- Some teachers choose to have copies displayed in their own room as well as in the school creativity lab.
- You may also display a poster or high-freqeuncy words on the projector if you choose.
- Games and Activities
- These are helpful and make great follow-up or extension activities, but they are not required.
- Misc. Teaching Aids
- These can be helpful, but are not required.
- Schedule - This helps you get the whole picture (scope and sequence) of the program.
- Evaluation Record - This is great for the technology grade on report cards.
- High Frequency Words - You can also project High Frequency words by putting them into Quizlet.
