How do I Create an Assignment that requires a URL Submission?


URL Submission Process 

Another type of submission option is allowing students to submit a URL entry.  There are a number of advantages to using the URL assignment entry.  This provides students the opportunity to submit material they have published on the web on a website or other Web 2.0 resource.  The steps below will guide you through adding this. 

STEP 1.  Select "Add Content" from the Gear symbol in the Module.1.png

 

STEP 2.  Select "Assignment"

STEP 3.  Select a new Assignment to name a new assignment

STEP 4.  Select "Add Assignment"

STEP 5.  In the Next Menu- Select Add Item

STEP 6.  Now, Click the Blue name of the assignment

STEP 7.  Click Edit when the assignment opens

STEP 8.  Enter Text in the field.  Then Click "Show Advanced Options"

STEP 9.  Choose the options shown below and your assignment should appear under modules once the changes are saved.
