Welcome

Hello! I'm Mrs. Hanzon, and I am the BTS Music Teacher at Peruvian Park Elementary and Sprucewood Elementary.

Students in my class learn about and try many different instruments, genres, artists, and experiences. Through hands-on activities and creative exploration, they in my class discover how music can be a powerful tool for expression and connection in their everyday lives.

I teach arts integrated lessons, blending music with other subjects to enrich students' learning experiences and deepen their understanding across disciplines. Check out BTSALP in the resources below to learn more about this approach to learning and how the BTS program works!
