Q3 : W4 : Weekly Overview
Introduction to the Module Instruction
Main Idea and Supporting Details will be what we are studying this week.
This week you will be honing and practicing your finding the main idea of non-fiction and fiction texts.
Remember!
Main Idea is different than theme! You are trying to determine the main point of each non-fiction passage and determining if all the supporting detail relates back to the main idea or if it is unnecessary to be in the paragraph.

This week I will learn practice finding the main idea and supporting details in a passage.
